Ninja Impractical Jokers Stars Headline Celebrity Poker Tour Championship in Las Vegas
The Celebrity Poker Tour (CPT) has held several influencer, YouTuber and athlete-filled events inside PokerGO Studio in Las Vegas this year, and the biggest event of them all will happen this week.
The 2024 CPT Championship, which has a $100,000 prize pool, will take place on Wednesday, Nov. 20 with a YouTube live stream kicking off at 6 p.m. local time.
The player pool of more than 50 players includes Joe Gatto and Brian “Q” Quinn of Impractical Jokers fame, streamers Ninja and Ethan Klein, influencers Bryce Hall and Tana Mongeau, professional athletes Mario Chalmers, Mike Bibby, and Jose Canseco, poker personalities Ethan “WPT123” Yau, Alexander “Wolfgang” Seibt, and Alexandra Botez and CPT champions Qiyu “Nemo” Zhou, Maria Ho and Princess Love.
Other celebrities playing in the CPT Championship include Vegas Matt, Maxo Kream, Sofie Dossi, Adrian Peterson, Aljamain Sterling, Allison Holker, BookItWithTrent, Cash Baker, Damarious Randall, Frazier Kay, Hayes Pullard, Hila Klein, Justin Gatlin, and recent H3 Game Night winner Lena Ayad.
CPT is even offering odds for each of the players, with Princess Love being the favorite at +1,200 and Tana Mongeau and Bryce Hall behind her at +1,500. Meanwhile, players like Mika Lafuente (+7,000), Maxo Kream (+7,000), Justin Glatin (+6,000) and Suede Brooks (+4,000) are all looking to defy the odds.
Like with past CPT events, viewers can expect commentary from PokerGO favorites like Brent Hanks and Jeff Platt and for Klein to broadcast the event to his massive audience.
PokerNews will attend the upcoming CPT Championship, providing interviews, social media coverage and a recap of the night’s action.
In the meantime, check out highlights from last month’s H3 Game Night IV, which saw Lena Ayad defeat Dan Swerdlove to win the championship belt and $5,000.
